At Everyone’s Marketplace, every purchase creates impact. We want you to shop with confidence while honoring the good your order supports.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 15 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Tags must be attached when applicable
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Digital products or gift cards
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care or hygiene items that have been opened

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team to request return authorization
  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time is 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • The refunded amount will exclude the 5% donation already given to your selected charity

That donation is still making a difference, even if the item comes back.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for damaged or defective items, subject to inventory
  • If an exchange is not available, a refund will be issued

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos so we can make it right.
